Observations or concerns re: passenger movement, service delivery, communications, etc.

 

The Zoo parking lot and surrounding area filled, due to the Peter Frampton Concert.  One couple parked at the Archery Range to ride the shuttle to the Zoo and were somewhat frustrated that they had to wait from 5:50 to 6:23 pm. That was a fairly big gap between buses, apparently due to the bus having a door problem of some kind that delayed it at the Zoo. Shuttle arrival times didn’t match the posted times at all.

 

             

 

Other Observations & Notes

All in all, things went fine.  The Archery Range was pretty quiet, with just two separate couples boarding shuttles there.  The Zoo stop was pretty quiet too.  Post-event was a breeze, as we had 2 buses back to back that arrived right after the concert ended, and it was a short wait for the shuttle to JELD-WEN, with only 9 riders.  Wayne was conscientiously monitoring bus movement and keeping us updated on the status.  We’ve received some nice compliments from folks about the shuttle service, our staffing and TriMet in general.
