Other Observations & Notes

Traffic and parking still an issue.  The schedules posted for this event are not possible to keep.  When I get here I just try to space them out to keep them from getting bunched up.  On the post event I tell the busses not to go to Jeld-Wen field if they are empty.  This helps with service to get people from the concert.  Today’s event went well as the busses were well spaced for the post event and people did not have to wait too long.  According to customer service the pre event did not go so well.  I still believe we need a third bus for the pre event also.
